We built the first 19-storeyed monolithic residential building in Nizhny Novgorod, and at the present moment we are finishing building of a luxury residential complex "KM Megapolis", which includes one metropolis 25-storeyed skyscraper and two 22-apartment buildings. In the construction of such unique objects progressive international standards of urban planning are applied: in the choice of location, landscaping, interior decoration quality, communications and comfort. Monolithic reinforced concrete hoses built with free layouts allow a spot building in habitable areas with a developed infrastructure, that especially attracts buyers. An example of such a building could be a residential complex "KM Prime ", which our company is building now in the historic heart of Nizhny Novgorod, on Malaja Yamskaya Street. Monolithic technology allows you to turn such complexes into the elite associations of "club houses" with underground parking, "yard without cars, well-maintained protected area and autonomous engineering.
